Refund

Damaged OR Wrong Product

Our worry free return policy allows you to return the item if it arrives damaged or if you have received a wrong item. You need to first get a return authorization from us before shipping the item. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it and unused. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to original method of payment, as soon as the return gets approved. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipment

In order for us to keep the overhead costs from spreading to all customers, you will be responsible for the return shipment as well as the original shipping fee. Please check with us before returning the item to get the correct return address. We are happy to send you a return label, but the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.

Re-Stocking Fee

If we get the product in its original form that we sent it, there would be a %10 restocking fee. Please note, if the product in damaged in any form, a 20-40% restocking fee would be applied depending on the severity of the damage. We will send you pictures as proof of the damage. We also encourage you to take pictures before shipping out.
